Assessment Structure (Curriculum)

Five Main subjects i.e.Language 1, Language 2, Science, Mathematics, Social Science are prescribed for Grade VIII to X. However Grade VIII will have additional subjects like Lower Language, G.K and M.Ed.

Board/Annual Examination will be conducted for 80 marks in each main subject covering 100% syllabus of each subject.

Three periodic written tests will be conducted in the school for the entire academic year and the average of the best two will be taken.

- Mid-Term
- Post-Midterm – 10 Marks is allotted for overall periodic test in each subject.

Notebook submission carries 5 marks. It is a part of internal assessment aimed at enhancing the seriousness of students towards preparing notes for the topics being taught in the classroom as well as assignments.

Subject Enrichment Activities carry 5 marks. These are subject-specific application aimed at enrichment of the understanding and skill development.
