Inclusive education in Schools has remained a much required and equally sensitive area .
KIIT lS has kept it’s philosophy to train teachers and amalgamate children with special needs in the main stream, since it’s inception .
Kudos to the recent efforts KIIT IS and its team of dedicated teachers of the SEN Department which is collaborating with our Expert ,Ms Indrani Basu whose multi-pronged approach has helped in training the facilitators to understand the finer nuances and extend help sensitively and sensibly to the children . Besides providing special intervention to parents, the department is proactively engaged in bridging the gap remarkably, between the school and home .The regular and scientific monitoring of requirements of children and the ensuing progress after intervention among children has shown remarkable results.
