Sunday was not just Funday for our children as they learnt that when we share, we open doors to a new beginning.Our full boarder girls along with Principal Dr. Sanjay Suar and teachers Mr. Sitakant Tripathy & Ms. Bijeta Pattanaik visited the adopted village Shyamsundarpur .The students distributed the specially designed hand made notebooks which had painted covers . These were made by our ex students using leftover papers of the school notebooks under the guidance andunstinted efforts of Dr. Anil Nanda & Mr. Sitakant Tripathy.
The recipients were children many of who were school drop outs and hailed from the marginalized sections of the society and were very excited to receive the new notebooks and pencils.
The volunteers of the KIIT Social Outreach Programme took the oath of not wasting the stationeries anymore and promised to share them with the needy .
The Students involved were Sreeta Sarangi, Sridhika Jena, Chandrima Karmakar, Abhisarika Mahanta, Lisa Tallang, Ranusmita Palei, Ananya Anindita, Laxmi Nayak, Barsha, Pragyasini Palei & Sneharakhi Apat.
