Contribution to the betterment of the society in any means is always commendable. Our little #KiiTian, Rishabh Suar of grade 6 has received two awards for BehtarIndia-2, an initiative by DHLF Pramerica in association with Charity Aid Foundation and Republic TV.
He was felicitated at Taj Palace, New Delhi on 28th February 2019 by Republic TV editor-in-chief Mr Arnab Goswami and Brand Ambassador of Behtar India-2, Ms Parineeti Chopra.
The boy has worked with an unflinching effort for recycling 21000 kg of used papers to raise funds and provide dengue kits for underprivileged. We are also proud to state that Dr Monalisa Bal, Chairperson KiiT International School received two awards on behalf of the institution for “Behtar Vataran” program.
The awards were given by Ms Naaz Rizvi , from the Ministry of Forest and Climate Change and Ms Pareeniti Chopra. Furthermore, we congratulate the principal Dr Sanjay Suar for his earnest sustenance towards such noble initiatives. We would like to thank our founder, Prof Achyuta Samantafor instructing the entire university to help Rishabh in this noble cause and also guiding the entire team.
Special mention to all departments of KIIT – Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology who joined hands and contributed paper waste to encourage this little star. We also acknowledge Rishabh’s parents Dr Mrutyunjay Suar and Dr Vishaka Raina for supporting him. Last but not the least congratulations to the #KiiT Family as it is another notch in our belt.
